Evaluations:

Compare the number of Yes’s you have in each part and in total. Your evaluations are based on these totals.

Part 1
1-3 You, are in good shape have a plan and are disciplined to succeed
4-7 You, are not in the amount of control needed to succeed and need to develop a plan and possibly get some coaching to help
8-10 You, absolutely need some coaching to get in control of your trading. You should be very cautious. Continuing in this direction you are destine to big losses.
Part 2
1-5 You have some emotions in your trading but seem to be in control.
5-8 You have too many emotions going on and need to lean some techniques to gain more control.
8-13 You are out of control and need coaching as soon as possible to learn proper emotional management.
Part 3
1 You are beginning to shows the signs that you are getting “blocked” but are still able to keep control.
2-3 You have an emotional block that is affecting your trading and will continue to if you don’t get help.
4-7 Your block is affecting every part of your trade, from the entry, to the exit. You need immediate help to remove the block and learn the techniques so you can use them throughout your trading career. You are NOT in control of your trades but are reacting from subconscious triggers even though your logical mind wants to do something different.

1- 5 You are a good trader with a small amount of work to do on your emotions. For the most part you are in control and do not have big swings in your trading loses and do not seem to be blocked.
5-10 You do have a block and your trading plan needs work. You could continue doing what you are doing now and may survive but you will be challenged in moving forward in your trading. You should strongly consider coaching to add high quality emotional management to your trading style.
10-30 Your run the risk of being the next trading statistic. You are putting your money at risk. You also show the signs of an emotional block that is having an impact on all your trades. You should make coaching a MUST before you continue trading.

  6. Do you double-up on size after a losing streak or when you’re down to re-gain profits faster?
  7. Have you ever been in a trade and gone into the “I don’t care” zone watching your money disappear or let the trade get away from you, with no stop losses in place? “Deer in the headlights?”
  8. Do you trade when you shouldn’t and you’re off and have no discipline to stop and re-group when you need to?
